PERSONNEL SERVICES Optimum Package Premium options
1. maintenance of staff personal files as per legal requirements, based on received documents  
2. control of completeness of staff personal files as per legal requirements, based on received documents  
3. preparation of employment contracts and annexes as per Labour Code requirements and additional information for employee (Article 29 of the Code), preparation of contracts for work and annexes as per Civil Code foreign language documentation or bilingual documentation
4. delivery of currently applicable templates for staff documents: personal data statements, employees' statements, PIT-2 forms, medical examination referrals (upon request) foreign language documentation or bilingual documentation
5. control of health and safety trainings and medical examination dates required by law, periodical preparation of schedules of health and safety trainings and medical examination dates required by law  
6. periodic preparation of the schedules of holiday and special holiday days taken and to be taken  
7. preparation of statements of employees' remuneration and other work related certificates for employees  
8. preparation of certificates of employment for leaving employees  
9. assistance in potential bailiff's execution proceedings against employees and contractors  
10. archiving of staff documentation up to 5 years above 5 years
11. maintenance of monthly or yearly working time records form based on Client's time register. Calculation of overtime and night time working hours  
PAYROLL SERVICES Optimum Package Premium options
1. calculation of remuneration, sick leave remuneration, holiday remuneration, benefits paid by the employer, ZUS contributions deductions, personal income tax deductions as per time register of Client's employees  
2. preparation of payroll schedule in PDF or an upload file for use in bank application payment of remuneration by ATHA
3. preparation of payroll schedule for accounting purposes (PDF system printout) foreign language documentation or bilingual documentation
4. calculation of tax and tax related liabilities towards Social Security Institution and Tax Office (ZUS, PIT), emailing or uploading information to bank application  
5. registration of employees starting and leaving work (at Social Security Institution (ZUS), registration and de-registration of family members for health insurance  
6. preparation and submission of income tax forms (PIT-4R, PIT- 8AR, , IFT-1R )  
7. preparation and submission of ZUS forms (DRA, RCA, RZA, RSA, IWA)  
8. preparation and submission of statistical forms (for Statistical Office (GUS) and State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRON)  
9. preparation of pay slips for employees (upon request), PDF
